Presidential Pardons lining up....will he give his torturers a pass?
 

The investigation into who authorized torture is creeping up the chain of command.

According to today's Washington Post:

"A bipartisan panel of senators has concluded that former defense secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld and other top Bush administration officials bear direct responsibility for the harsh treatment of detainees at Guantanamo Bay, and that their decisions led to more serious abuses in Iraq and elsewhere."

I bet Donald Rumsfeld is shitting his britches about now.

Anybody want to bet on who will get Presidential pardons in order to shut down the investigation before it reaches into the Oval Office? Maybe Bush will even be able to avoid an international tribunal on Human Rights violations at the Hague.:disgust
