free ftp client that allows to connect multiple sites?

I am looking for a free ftp client that allows to connect multiple sites... so I don't have to connect to 1 site at the time to make the uploads (specially when uploading WP upgrades)

I just use the firefox FTP client, but it doesn't allow to connect to multiple sites.

That being said, why not use the automatic update tool for WP?
