Final Fantasy X-2

I'm psyched!

from that page, it looks like an already existing storyline with yuna and company, and even has the same looking fight sequences and even the same quality of graphics...

I'm psyched about a new FF too ... but it kinda looks the last one :(

Same graphics engine, better graphics. Yuna is sluttier now!

God, I can't wait.

The only thing better is Xenosaga -- sequel to Xenogears (best story EVER for an RPG)

I love the Final Fantasy games.

Man, I can't wait. The only reason I got a Playstation 2 was to play Final Fantasy X and X-2 looks kickass. It does look a touch similar to Final Fantasy X, but those graphics are sizweet.

I never played Xenosaga, but Final Fantasy 7 is my all-time favorite RPG, with Final Fantasy X coming in about 1/100th of a point behind. The only thing I liked better about Final Fantasy 7 was that it was a little more whimsical.

I can't wait for this to come out and get shipped to my local Dave and Buster's so I can get it with some of my points :)

Xenogears could have been a best-selling novel.

The story was THAT good.

You know, I have Chrono Cross but I never finished it. Maybe I should fire it back up. It was pretty sweet.

X-2 ? its going to ruing the X game all together. I consider myself a FF guru i got all the games and played them like crazy.

to recap the past a bit

ff3 ff7 where the best
ff8 sucked
ff9 was well made but for a younger audience but i love playing it

about the 10

ff10 was lacking in some features like a working world map but had great features like voice acting . Its a good game but not worth of a sequel like ff7 is

ffx-2 will just suck why ? number one all females. I aint sexist but the fact is its hard for me to get into a story and feel like i am the main character when she had TITS. Sure my GF will love it but come on how many girls play videogames compared to men . This is gonna hurt there $$$$. Also why remake one of there OK ff. I mean its simple ff7 was the best selling game of all time (for years) they could make a sequal and rule the world and maybe just maybe make up the $ they lost on that THE FINAL FANTASY. Bahhhhh there gonna fuck it up . OH OH WTF NOOOO Nobuo Uematsu WTF IS WRONG WITH THEM ? il just turn the sound off. Square just started a fan club for him and now they cut him out . hmmmm who the fuck is leading that company these days ? mark my words this is gonna suck worst the ff8

FF6 was the best.
FF7 was fun but the story become very weird toward the end.

I enjoyed FF10. The music was pretty good and the plot was innovative.

However, the best battle system belongs to Xenogears. If you have never played it, then go get it (it's for Playstation 1).

Second best battle system in RPG goes to Valkryie Profile.

The one thing I didn't like about FFX is they forced your to follow a very linear plot, one couldn't do much exploring compared to the earlier games. Well you could explore a little but only within the confines of the area around where you need to head next to further the plot. I hope that doesn't become a new trend with the FF games from hereon in.

Yea, it was a bit too controlled.
