I am curious of how many libel lawsuits were filed in the adult industry and of those lawsuits filed, how many were won? Does anyone have any information about this?

Most of the ones i have seen are lawsuits filed and settled before they went to court with nda's

Donny, the point I was making in the other thread where you were crying and calling type9models names, was that you could be sued for slander or libel, but you insist that "your" attorney has told you that you are protected by freedom of speech which is true, but you are not protected by that law to slander or libel any person or company with out legal recourse.

Yeah, you would never win a liable case based on being bashed on here. People can call you an ass hole, say your content sucks, you skills suck, whatever.. none of that is liable.

He would have to lie, like say you don't pay models and push some major lie about you over the edge, and not drop it. Or write up some fake document lie and publish it to a majority of your piers actually harming you or your business in some way.
