Six Wheeled Car heading for production!

Better road holding better braking!
But I just can't see anyone getting use to the way this car looks?

Mr Pheer 12-10-2008 04:48 PM

pornask 12-10-2008 04:56 PM

just more fraction and elements that can break down....

notoldschool 12-10-2008 05:00 PM

Just more parts to pay for.

SmokeyTheBear 12-10-2008 05:00 PM

do cars really need better handling ? its not like cars are flipping off the roads everyday because they cant handle it, they usually crash because people are driving them unsafe for the conditions, meaning they are driving according to how well the car can handle not the conditions, all this would do is make them crash at a faster speed.

Hey nice :) I can see the advantages and disadvantages too. Over all I like it :thumbsup

Definitely a Photoshop job. But not that good. Look at the light on the red thing that brakes the wheel. The same on both. Just one mistake, I'm sure we can find more

Fresh 12-11-2008 12:07 PM

What a trip. I wonder if it will make a huge difference.

Since its using the 4.2l v8 audi r8 engine (with slight different output), id like to see how the weight of this C6W compares with the R8s. Better yet, I wish we had some performance figures (0-60, 0-100, 1/4 mile, breaking and cornering) as well as some track times between this and the R8.

If it were to put the R8 to shame, I think they will be on to something. If not, it better be a hell of a lot cheaper or I just dont see it making sense.

So you are saying that they photoshopped the video as well? Or are you one of those guys that makes a post without reading the whole thread?

pornguy 12-11-2008 12:16 PM

Looks like he got off the gas quite a bit there so the handling may not be that great.

"But not that good" lolll

The "light" on the "red thing" is the brand of the brakes, which are Bremobos.
