ok i have to admit i do like the NHL but i used to love it, the game these days is a bunch of pussy ass frenchman and euros, hockey has turned into a pussy sport.

i think the game is getting better. it had a down period from the 95 strike season and the Devils era of trap defenses and all that boring crap. seems like it's on the rise to me.

Same here man, I find it pretty fucking boring these days. A bunch of guys willing to throw head/cheap shots but turtles when someone drops the gloves with them.

And to add on the Sundin front... He doesn't owe Toronto a thing and he should go sign with Detroit for a $1 salary (he doesn't need 10MM a year, he's not money motivated) just so he can be assured he can retire with the cup.

plus if sundin goes to the rangers, he boosts that team to be a legitimate contender for the cup. granted boston seems to be running away with the east right now, but at the end of the season if it settles up boston at top the rangers will be close behind and cruise into the conference finals, while boston could get beat up along the way in the playoffs with montreal or pitt, hell even nj with brodeur back...

You people fail to realize the CUP is not won in the 1st 6 weeks of season and when sharks lose in the 2nd round again ill say TOLD YA SO
