need help, question about selling site
 

Hello, I am in the beginning process of selling off my sites but I have no idea what they are worth...I think I read once that sites usually sell for 6 months worth of income--is that correct? but also, the site I am thinking of selling has all custom adult games and the buyer would be getting all the .fla files also and could do whatever they wanted with the content,so this has to make it worth more...no?

it all depends is many factors

say you have a site that been around for a year and month after month you been down sales wise youd have to be more flexable

If you sales are mostly SE buying your site can be very risky as it can vanish any day

So many other factors

Quickest way to sell

a) gather the numbers for the past 6 months (gross and net)
b) source of sales, affilite % direct % SE %
c) what you have, games content whats you spent etc

Once you have it a sale can be quick, ask people to make an offer or stick a price
