Hydration is the key

Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. But getting re-hydrated is the main thing to concentrate on when recovering from a night of imbibing.

Any food is good, as long as it settles ok :) So just go for whatever you're craving. But, keep after the liquids steadily throughout the day.

Don't try for a gallon of water in ten minutes, or you'll regret it...pace yourself :winkwink:
