The Simpsons are humans!!

A guy is convicted to a fine of 3000 dollar and 2 years probation cause he was in possession of cartoon images that show how Bart and Lisa are having sex. The guy tried to appeal cause he was sure that these characters were not human. But the judge said that even the fictive cartoons are law technical humans. So having these images is like owning CP on your computer. And possession of this is illegal.

This doesn't make much sense. The judge admits you need a real human to be cp but then decides the guy is guilty anyhow. Then only fines him... yea right, if it was real cp he'd be in jail so why the difference? I bet it gets overturned but I know very little of the aussie judicial system.
Regardless our 3d content is created to look 18+ and none is based on cartoon characters so our stuff is safe still.
