I have a dedicated server plan on 1gb switch. My speeds are crawling slow. It worked great for the first day. Now it sucks. The max downloads on my videos are between 58-63 kb/s. I call for support and they tell me they have there Christmas party tonight. I reported the problem yesterday. 24/7 support my ass. Still no resolution or an answer why. :mad::mad:

They focus on shared hosting primarily, you should get a real dedicated server on a network that has huge capacity and 24/7 support that doesn't get fucked by parties.

yea i used to use lunar for a bunch of my client's servers a few years ago. i had tons of support, network and hardware problems with them.

try cari.net - cheap and reliable. i'm managing around 30 servers there now. 500gb / quad-core is only $220 a month.

this looks like a small site. u could also get away with mosso.com cloud if yur b/w is under 500gb a month. that'll give u lightnening fast speeds, zero downtime and loadbalancing.

A paysite should be on a dedicated server... don't spend thousands of dollars on content, software, processing fees, and then cheap out on hosting. Nobody can buy your product if they can't get to it.

Haha after reading your posts again, it seems you did have one. Good idea to move, nobody should tell you they can't answer your requests because they are too busy at a party.
