But I don't see View Limits link on the Account Overview page :( :(

Nope, its never there.

I don't really have a Paypal account anymore. But here's a bump for you...

just send them proof of address and have the limits removed.

Unless you're trying to hide from someone...

I could never get them to higher it more than $400 per day to take out.

mine says:
