no big deal if there are coverage issues. just set up a few repeaters to handle the dead spots. I use a belkin wireless G router, $.02

Just get a few signal boosters and a regular router you should be fine.

I prefer linksys like you mentioned, just get some repeaters to cover the extra sq ft.
