CCBill affiliate stats still screwed up for everyone else too?
 

I have been getting a red error message for days now when I try to check stats- everyone else getting that too?

Getting it when I try to break down by URL. Seems their DB needs to be optimized or something.

ive gotten a couple of errors when trying to select "payweek" this week, but seemed to fix itself after a couple mins or so...

Its up and it's down... so flaky recently.

CCBill's backend has sucked for years and they've been promising a new one for years too.

At this point, all I care to get from them is on time payouts for myself and affiliates, which they NEVER fail to accomplish. That alone is worth the fee I pay them, but it would be nice to have a decent backends for the client area and the affiliate area.

you scammed gfyers for at least $1,000 of my product and resold it and pocketed the money.

Paul is looked into my issue, and fixed it. CCBill is a great company but for crying out loud, their back-end software should be second to none and updated constantly instead of looking like it is leftover from the 1990s and sucking.

Haven't they made a bajillion dollars in this business? I don't understand why they can't just hire a couple of programmers and make the damn back-end more useful for affiliate webmasters. It's clunky, has no real campaign tracking, even their own "back" button gives a post-data prompt, it's maddening!

We found an issue with one of the reporting servers and it has been fixed now. If anyone is still having any problems please let us know right away. Thanks
