Ive never been a big guy, ive never weighed more than 165 or so, Im at about 155-160 right now depending on holiday food binging lol

but I encourage all those who should to get more healthy, stop eating all the junk and get in shape.

it will change your entire point of view of life.

quit drinking energy drinks again! made it three months last year.

nice one, i managed to ween myself off redbulls well over 6 months ago and I swear once you stop drinking those things you really do have more energy.

the sugar and caffeine drop offs leave you more lethargic in the end.

im down to only drinking water and juices. and can only recommend it.
