its really just so thir companies are not made examples on the news during xmas for kicking people out of homes during holidays.

this is very true. I know several people down here that even if they had 90 days couldnt get out from under what they have hanging over them.

Im a looking now for a new house. Every 3rd house i look at is in foreclosure or a short sale.

good for me bad for the economy and housing market.

Its not looking good. Renting is great. You can rent a mansion for less than someone pays for a tiny houses mortgage payment.

I know. But hey that in the long run helps more than just a business name. It may help 1 out of 100 and that could be the 1 that starts the chain reaction. plus the companies that do they may make some more, keeping an employee a few more weeks, and there again, it may just be enough.

at least to get a small ripple in the pond.
