Ok.. where are the GOOD reasonable designers!!??
 

I'm going to say this only once, so please listen.

I beg of you not to post your portfolio if your work sucks.. I'm sorry I know it's not the correct thing to say but it's so damn tiresome.

I need designers who don't mind making corrections and working with you to achieve the look you are going for.. designers who aren't just trying to "fit you in".

I need someone who can look at an example, and actually produce an effect close to what I showed them.

I have plenty of projects, and am very loyal.. although I will send my most important projects to Dickmans or a big studio.

Still, there are plenty of under rated designers on this board.. I've met a few who have delightfully surprised me.

So if you are willing to take direction properly, and emulate any example that you see to a certain extent, whether or not your overseas does not matter, please post your portfolio.

I guess it boils down to good taste overall, and unforunately most designers do not have good taste on their own.

I know this sounds like I'm a shithead, but in reality I'm exhausted with testing out different designers.. Looking for someone who can tend to most of my projects one by one now and in the future.. so I am potentially a big customer.

I will put adult design to "the test" here shortly,

currently I have Dickman's on a project.

I'm looking for someone who is a peg or two beneath teams like those.

I have some projects that just don't require that level of cost honestly.

Plus I really need someone to always have as a backup, who won't mind taking my business year round.

I really need someone who is very skilled at graphic text and logo's.

I like my designs with a bit more of a mainstream look rather the the normal cartoonish look.

Sharp, sleek, glossy, clean, and professional "look" is what I'm going for here.

Friend got quoted at $50/template with a "discount" for bulk orders. Really - $50 per template. I just checked my calendar, it's 2008.
