The flvs can be exported with the following fields: thumbs (275x206 and 640x480), url, link to flv, descriptions, title, duration, date added, niches and we can add fields on request :)

We also offer an xml for automatic updates, the Xml is compatible with Smart scripts tube script so when you run a site on that, that's perfect.
