Death Penalty - Yes or No
 

I believe the law needs a mayor overhaul especially regarding appeals in open and shut cases (100% guilty... no doubt about it). Those need to be taken out the back and get shot. Simple as that.

Why waste time and money? Those people don't have rights anymore. They left those outside the moment they commited the crime.

Caught on camera, witnessed by 100 people, caught in the act by law enforcement officers or even on signed confession.

Anyone who is convicted for serial murder, terrorism or mass destruction.

Totally undisputed cases should be taken care of right there and then. Give them 1 minute to say goodby, sorry or whatever and take them out the back.

I think the death penalty as we have it is too kind. Since electricution is all but gone and the gas chamber as well, the lethal injection is the method of choice.

They first inject the guy with something that makes him fall asleep, afterword giving him the "lethal injection." In other words, it's a painless death.

Why should guilty convicts be given such an easy way out? We should follow the 1984 Room 101 style of torture and find out exactly what the person fears the most and tortore them with it for an undisclosed amount of time. Feed them scraps of rotten food to save money on upkeep and keep them in one big jail cell.

Chances are most will be dead within a month or two from starvation, malnutrition, suicide, shock, gay orgies, etc.

Why are you against it?
If theer is evidence and witnesses to prove it he should die for what he's done.

If I knew that someone hurt or killed someone I knew and loved I would kill them myself.
I have three kids ages 2,3 and 4 and I'm terrified that when my oldest son goes to school,something can happen. Or I have wrong judgement in a babysitter and she/he molests my kids.
I swear right here and now if I EVER found out someone messed with my family I would fuck them up royaly.

People who even hurt/kill other ppl unless it's in self defence should be shot.

Just my oppion that yes the really really 100% sick assholes that do really bad stuff should NOT be locked up they should be killed swiftly. Not after 3 years of spending $200,000 ayear keeping them locked up and waited on.

I'm talking about open shut cases, NOT disputed cases or little everdence cases. If some asshole kidnapers your wife and children, rapes and kills then and then they find there bodies inside his house and he has been convicted of rape before then there is no dispute that guy should be fucking killed. Simple as that.

All the pussies that say "ohh no you can't kill the killer you'd be as bad as the killer then I say bullshit, you forget there are victims in this, and you forget about them. If someone kidnapped your wife and 2 little girls and raped and killed them slowly over 2-4 weeks do you really think you'd that he should live the rest of his life while your family was not only killed but killed in the most terricble way possible.

And when that guy is going to be killed you have a bunch of stupid sheep outside the prison saying "no death pently he is a human too" They forget or don't even think about the victims and are very blind to lifes realitys.

If someone ever did that to my family and they got out after 10 years (like so many fucking murders do) I'd take them out with a sniper bullet simple as that. I'd prefur to take him and torture him over 4 weeks but a sniper bullet would do the job.

As far as disputed cases where its not 100% then I say lock em up but don't kill em, you never know when the law gets the wrong guy, it happens.

It cost more money to execute a prisioner then it is to keep them for life. All those lawyers and appeals add up quick

Depends what the motivation is - revenge or justice.
Sure if someone did something to my kid I would definitely want to kill him, but a society on a whole shouldnt be vengeful for the simple fact that it does more harm than good. It is not a deterrent whatsoever and in fact creates a more violent society by sending a message that if the govt can justify killing under certain circumstances then life isnt all that sacred.

But the best reason for not having a death penalty is do you trust the fuckin govt enough to give them the power to kill its own people??
