MojoHost celebrates 20,000th support ticket
 
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

I just thought this milestone was neat and I would share it with everyone. 6.5+ years so far and never a dull moment! I remember the first time Corey took a vacation and that was when we started using the ticket system, with our first part time employee.

We had some fun with this around the office.. I happen to read all of the tickets as they come in and was sitting there thinking, I'll be damned if I give 20k to someone else! So, I posted a support ticket and all of the techs have been posting to it ever since... What a bunch of geeks we are. LOL :)

According to my ticket history I've posted just over one half of one percent (.55%) of those tickets since 2004 -- just about every one of them a (successful!) plea to save me from the consequences of my own ignorance or lack of ability.

Corey and the gang are damn good at what they do.

I was going to queue a report and fire the top 10% of ticket makers as clients as I'm sure they make up 90% of the tickets. LOL ...just kidding...

Agreed. I know we are a pain in the ass. Rob is the man! Saved us from so many email problems and has us on a server side spam blocker which has helped us so much.

We are fully managed support without control panels so almost everything to be done comes in via support ticket..... from every single script install to DB addition to domain add and all of the complex problems and setups. Nothing to be ashamed about here, we're in the service business.
