It was not a knock at you or how hard the work is. It was a knock at the fact that pay has not changed in years.

not by much when I worked there it was almost 12 bucks an hour. And that was 84.

What is the % the CEO pay has gone up compared to the avg worker? That would be an interesting tidbit. Then we can ask how good of a job the unions have really done for the workers?

Thats how socialism works. Keep the worker bees thinking they are happy and they are getting a good deal. Keep the pay the same across the board so no one has a real reason to try harder than the person next to them. Taking the individual out of the equation. While the union leaders and ceos rake in the money. Its a good racket.

get rid of the UAW and the auto makers will save a ton. unions fuck everyone over in the end

I work for a non unionized foreign company, sales are still alright, but volume is down. Our starting wage is about $25.. the company does a good job with waste and does its best not to over produce... and they're still hiring.. which I find is hilarious!
