Definitely take the advice about optimizing your tour, especially the speed in which it loads.

Also, your going to want to change your video starting point from a black screen to a starting image or something, not noticeable when it's black like that.

Your definitely a cutie, and I think the video editing in your trailer exploits your personality good enough, but at the same rate I don't see anything under your join features that says you do live cam shows, just live contact.. might want to clarify.

Yeah that tour is kinda old school.

Start a web 2.0 site [I suggest a self-hosted wordpress blog on a widget template with good plugins] and sell your ass direct to the surfer via social networking sites and the like.
