How do you legally start your own tube?
 

Seeing as how sponsor content is usually not going to work because of small file sizes or overused content how do you go about it?

I saw a content provider offering to sell tube style flv videos. Anybody doing this?

1. You use sponsor content

2. You buy it.

Trouble is...I don't see how a legal tube can compete with an illegal one.
