Well, lets see.... is there even such a thing as a "Persian Puppy?" And did he decide to use the "Persian" for a reason other than Persian Kitty? I really doubt he just came up with it himself, and since he assumes its got value to it, there ya go. He is infringing.

That domain name can be used, but it HAS to be used for purposes of parody (sorry Ms. Kitty). Any other use would not be protected. This will greatly limit the value of the domain.

I bought AttemptedSuicideGirls.com with the intention of doing a parody of SuicideGirls.com (because it is owned by a couple of assholes), but just haven't gotten around to it yet.
