I always see these shady threads where AFF is mentioned over and over again.

I didn't. Since they done shit, I've got pissed and took a look at their rules etc.
Then found something that could make me happy and posted at once :)

I myself promoted them for a while back in the begining, till I noticed signups disapearing from my acc.

1st time I let it go 2nd tme I just pulled them outa my sites and stopped promos completely on them.

Let em keep what I made thier not worth the time n bullshit...

But they sure as hell did not and wont ever get anything else from me ever again

Some of these sponsors screw their customers, commit credit card fraud, use stolen content, advertise on illegal sites, and yet affiliates think they can trust them.

It's like dating a hooker and then being shocked when you find out she's sleeping with other guys.

I was under the impression that PPS sales would only be converted to revshare if too many members subscribed to their cheapest memberships and it wouldn't be retroactive. What was the reason they gave you for converting it?

ummm, maybe if you bothered to read the TOS you wouldn't have had this problem? Their terms of service has been the same since I started pushing them 4 years ago.

I thought only those using the ppc program could be converted to revshare..

You've been here for two years and made over 2,000 posts and you sound like a newbie. Did you really think they can afford that promo and play it straight and pay for Tubes?

I got lots of mates with Credit Cards and we could all earn $100 a sign up if they were playing it straight. Maybe I got the prices wrong but I'm sure everyone gets my drift.

Let me explain the reason they convert the payments.

Someone signs up for $30.
They pay the guy who sent the sign up $130
They spend money on hosting, sites, running the company, advertising to get traffic, advertising to get affiliates, Tubes, promos at parties and all the other shit.

They will go bankrupt in a month if they pay those figures.

They have to pay you what they did to stay in business. But some people just don't get it do they.

In fact if you really want to get back at them just get all your mates to sign up so you stay under the ratios and then pocket the difference. You could print out flyers, hand them out on the street and pay people $50 for every sign up and come in under their ratios.

They have to pay you what they did.

Revshare aint so bad. They've paid me close to $1 million on it so far.

All true but not making any sense in this thread since thats not what this is about. They advertise something they do not follow up on. They are having a promo, this is not about regular payouts. In that case you would be correct.

Once again my ironic humor lies over another head.

It's a symptom of a business partly made up of people will rip off anyone and anything.

The Adult Internet started by people who were flat bed screening magazines and stealing content to make money. Even when you mailed the thieves that they could buy a license they replied they don't have to while they can steal it.

Then they started to steal from each other and here we are 15 years on and they are still stealing from who ever they can.

If this industry had any morals it would not allow these types of adverts or promos unless it was made clear. But as we all know anyone will promote anything if there's a quick buck to be made and fuck tomorrow.

Will you promote only sites that play it straight or will you promote anyone to make a buck?
