I use miranda too and I am getting a protocol error ... I guess it is time to check out the new version.

I'm using Trillian and both my ICQ and AIM connections are lost. It is telling me that the services aren't available.

Yeah logging out and back in worked.

Scratch that, just restarted Trillian and it's working fine now.

Try disconnecting, even though you already are and then reconnecting. Worked for me...YEAH!!!
