Please review my site
 

Okay I've had my site redone and it is converting very well,on the little traffic that I have (average 1:200).
What I want to know is do you guys think it's too hard to navigate for the average "stupid" surfer to navigate?

Any other comments,constructive criticism is welcome.

Me and my bf designed it. Do you see anything wrong with it? I mean is it easy to navigate?
I sometimes get surfers who can't find the "join" button.

First off, Nice site.

As for navigation. I'm a lazy surfer, I admit it. I scan through sites and normally filter out a lot of crap. Flashing stuff never works with me. Bland text also turns me off. I find there is a bit too much text, which seems to clutter up a bit of the space, but I also see why the text is there. It is a good sales tool in this case. And the flashing join button. Maybe use a larger font on the JOIN? If you're having problems with people finding it, then make MINOR change to it. Maybe you can box it in or something.

You only get them if you don't go to the join page.
Don't try and make it sound like it's a cj2 or something.

Personally I would make the "join now" feature a bit more visible by adjusting its size and perhaps adding a bit more contrast.

No it's called if you don't pay me I'm going to make the most of the bandwidth you use and pop an exit in your face.

Check with an attorney on sample pic #3. Could be an issue for your local athorities. Thumbnail them and liknk them to your join.

Why do you have your "join" using a ccbill refer like an affiliate would? Just link the button to your join html.

Site looked good from the page or two I saw.
Although the popup IMO is annoying. (Normally I have them turned off, but was just reviewing galleries)

The vibrator is penetrating you on the free portion of your site. Not likely you would get burned on it, but if any feds got it in thier heads you needed to go down, better safe than sorry, right?

That pic Gothweb. It's a tough call, not exactly seeing the insertion. Most lawyers reccomend no hardcore on the tour pages.

No we're are trying something diffrent that seems to be working for us. But I'm just asking for suggestions as to changes that would lead to even better conversions.

Hi Pink, It looks nice. You might want to contrast some of the naviagation buttons it bit more. Also why are you calling it the NeatSpot. Neat isn't too sexual sounding. Maybe the WetSpot or the GSpot for example.

I like to be a little diffrent from everything out there...if possible lol
rather then having wetspot or gspot,you know what I mean not very original.

On second thought, in order to properly critique the site, we'll need to see some of the content.

it looks good ... in fact is one of the best amatuer paysite designs I've seen...
however I don't like that scrolling stuff... it's too eyecatching and it becomes annoying...

To be completely honest, I don't really like the design. It's too crowded, and not really easy to navigate. It looks a bit cluttered in my opinion. You might want to consider splitting it up into several pages, each of which focuses on a smaller portion of your site. Also, the graphic under the "buy time" scrolling thing is linked, but the link does nothing.
Besides that, the "Join" button could indeed be a bit more obvious - even though it is rather big and flashy, somehow it is pretty easy to miss.

Just an idea: Divide the top part (Stephanie's neatspot), the middle part (Live web cam shows) and the bottom part (access to friends' sites) over three different pages. That would give more time to captivate your surfer and seduce him to your join page.

I have no idea what's good or not. I don't think like a surfer:( I don't think there is a porn site on the net worth $20/month.

I guess I've just been lucky using trial and error.
