A different subject about McDonald's
 

Recently, one evening, I got a craving for a hamburger so I went to McDonald's for the first time in years. I ordered two regular cheese burgers and a small order of fries to go. When I got home the first thing I noticed about the hamburger was that the cheese was not melted at all. I went ahead and took a bite but it was only bun a cheese that I tasted so I opened up the bun and learned that the patty was about half the size of the bun, was really thin, and had a rubber look. I checked the other burger and it was the same. I then turned to the fries and they looked old and were not soft. I ate one and it tasted like it was days old.

I took the order back and talked with an assistant manger who was the one in charge (a young guy) and told him that I found the order to be uneatable. He checked my order out and told me he was sorry that I did not like what I ordered but that it is the product they sell.

My question to you people is this, has McDonald's products gotten to this point over the years, if so how in the hell do they do any business at all?

fat americans are hooked on mcdonalds and don't look at it they just shove it down their throat.

not only that, it's cheap as fuck and people are broke as fuck

Like anything else, there are good and bad McDonalds locations.

Well, bad and less bad in this case.

The place by us is actually pretty decent. I only needed to complain once and they more than comp'ed me for it.

I think in bigger cities is where you will find the quality and service lacking (fast food chains) simply because of volume and apathy.

Mcd is nasty... burger king is better.

Im actually very fat and very picky what I shove down my throat.

I live in a small town and frequently drive by McDonald's and they seem to be doing a decent amount of business. It has been here for ten years or more, but if that is the quality of product they sell I cannot understand why anyone would eat there. It is located on highway 101 and my area is a tourist area so maybe it is tourist business they are getting and not locals.

i fucking hate mcdicks. yet, every time i go to argentina (4 weeks each year), i get so sick of the food, i envitably go there for lunch/hamburgers between snowboarding sessions. it's weird to travel so far, and then end up eating something you haven't had at all since your childhood.

I dont know if its the same in the US but over here in the last few years they changed to only making orders and not precooking burgers and shoving them on the trays, quality impoved 10 fold.

The last time I ate at McDonalds it seriously made me sick.

The thing I respect about McDonald's is that they are very particular about the pigeons and seagulls they select to prepare their McNuggets. Plus they don't lock them in cramped little cages. They pick them off with a bb-gun right out of their parking lot or when they see them touching down on their garbage dumpsters behind their stores. I find that very humane

most people don't even knwo what they're pushing down their throats, so those mckiddies think they have got the perfect way to make money.

making the burger bun a little smaller, making the burger meat even smaller and making fries that taste like crap.

yet still people go ahead and eat mcdonalds, they're probably unable to see that their burger meat has shrinked.

McDonalds burgers should be equal/similar around the globe. they built the company around this concept.

What you described never happenned to be but if it was really that bad you should report it to McDonalds (parent company) and I'm sure they would close that franchise down.

it is fucking mcdonalds, this world is full of complete cheap ass whiners. always wanting top quality for cheap.

you go to mcdonalds and if it doesnt get me sick i figure it to be a successful mission. it is called FAST FOOD for a fucking reason.

maybe spend over $30 for a meal and you will get quality. or better yet get off your fat ass go to the grocery store, pick up something quality and teach yourself to friggin cook. So they maybe YOU will control the quality.

because the average person doesnt expect top quality from mcdonalds again thats why it is called FAST FOOD.

Actually you're probably doing awesome if you get the $5 worth. I think McDonald's takes all the parts of the cow (i.e. the cock and balls and asshole and stuff) that they can't sell to the steakhouses and grind it all up to make the patties :1orglaugh
