How is any list someone sells you opt-in once you try to use it?
Or do opt-in lists generally say "by clicking here you agree to recieve emails from us, as well as anyone we sell your information to" ?

a lot of the join4free scripts have terms that they can sell the optin's

Wow. Not that I like the idea of selling lists to begin with, but it's nice they do mention that.
Makes you wonder how many people bother to read the terms. I'm sure they have plenty of signups or they probably wouldn't be doing it.
