He was definitely misbehaving, but seriously... calling the police? I hope that this kid was a constant troublemaker or that is quite a waste of resources.

They called the cops on a 13 year old kid. Why didn't they just do a parent-removal for a day or so?

They should have also locked up the parents as well. Maybe some jail time would condition them to behave in society.

at least when I was a kid, thats what they charged you with (in ohio)........not for passing gas though.
