there are a lot of us in the biz mad at the tube site owners giving away full scenes for free and also not promoting the videos website. Just wanted to know if you knew about this and if you guys are allowing this?

I know for a FACT that those two programs answer their email faster than most, so why not send them one? instead of this redundant wannabe drama?

because i am doing what everyone should be doing to try and help our industry just a little! tubes are killing us and everyone knows it.

Ye - everybody should post on the forums when they found a copyright violation instead of contacting the copyright holder and ask if they were aware of it, and if it in fact WAS a violation. Posting on the forums is SO much better than contacting the reps.

While I appreciate your intentions here, the fact of the matter is that threads like this appear frequently, and it seems to me that as time goes on, the whole issue is essentially being ignored by most sponsors, at least at the forum level. So maybe the posters above have a point about contacting people directly. Maybe you don't check the board as frequently as I do and haven't noticed this. I'm on here throughout the day in short spans when I take a break from working, so I see these things come and go. Anyway, just my friendly :2 cents:

These questions and fights have already been raised and dealt with.

Most major programs have cut deals with all the tubes and have traffic deals in place. It was just too much work for them to fight it.

well if i dont see them come on here after i contact them about it with a link to here then maybe your right and you have answer my question.

A long while ago I was all out fighting the tubes and other sites, but after spending hours a day speaking with most affiliate programs it really went no where. None of them had a lot of interest in really trying to get the stuff taken down.

Most of the use removeyourcontent.com and are done with it.

Too much time and money lost in legal battles.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention but next time, please contact me directly as it will work a lot faster. I just so happened to come across this thread, I don't always check the boards on Saturday though I always check my e-mail and ICQ frequently. I will deal with this, thank you again.

Thanks for the heads up, no we do not accept this. We have a team that finds our stuff on tubes and we send it off to legal for them to send a DCMA notice.

We can't catch them all ... and posting on the board or having emailed or ICQ'ed would have had the same result.

im curious after sending the DCMA notice what % of tubesites actually remove the content ? and what do you do if they dont

id say a high amount because thats part of the game, you steal $10 million dollars and in the time it takes for you to get caught you make $500k off of the interest, why not give the 10 million back once you're asked to?
