A guy on my bowling league and I were discussing this place the other night

Their burgers nor fries do not look that good. Sad when you must use gimmicks to make your money. Hell do not even have an issue with the fries fried in lard as that is near ideal anyways and if you have it hot enough they get next to no oil/fat in them (unless they are prepared badly and thus greasy).

I really love a great burger and burger place, they well do not seem to impress.

PS. Fathers office which makes something they call a hamburger, sucks ass as one. Sure its an OK sandwich but sure in the hell is not a great burger. Just an off topic side note. In and Out is barely OK for a burger, even though they are fast food. So lets not go there either.

By gimmicks do you mean things like clowns, giving away toys, and having playgrounds? Not sure what his "gimmick" is, other than using lard, oh and maybe the sexy waitresses.

The name, the uniforms, the menu names, the whole medical theme and pressing the "it is bad for you" crap.

Not sure why you would bring up McDonald's or other places that give away toys or have playgrounds. They really do not qualify either as anything of any real quality. Well McDonald's does have decent fries but that is about it. However yes gimmicks would be using anything else but your food to sell it. (naturally just a name or commercials really do not count).

Yes and that is also why I checked the pictures in the other areas, you know the non menu ones. I know food photographs bad when people try to make it look good. So I would never go by the menu photos.
