I'm not a fat ass I try to get into the exercise thing but when I see some of these people ... super skinny, or the ones that look like they are about to drop any second don't seem to be enjoying themselves very much ...

Yeah I heard athletes can get seriously depressed if they stop training.. All that excercise pumps your body full of endorphins, and makes you high. If you stop, you suffer withdrawal as your body is used to getting its energy rush fix.

Not that I've experienced anything like that.... lolz
