Before I get started,... keep in mind I am a single dude, no kids.
For me, I prefer average things, and fancy lifestyle.
I am buying a decent house, in a decent area with good schools. Could I afford more? Sure. But refer to top line. There is no need.
I have a nice truck I suppose, Ford Escape, to pull my SeaDoo. Nothing fancy. But nice, and gets me where I am going for the 10,000 miles I drive a year.
Would I like a Beemer? Sure. A nice big ass boat? Sure. However, I prefer to spend my money traveling, and enjoying finer things in life. So I am happy spending on what makes me happy. A car I barely use, and a house I will not make the most of simply are not priorities.Comment
