How to do a STICKY in VBulletin
 

Call me stupid, tks, but I cant find anywhere how to do it?

That's what we call an admin feature. So most people here wouldn't even see the button.

lol i know that but seemings most people here are webmasters! its likely some may have seen admin

not in the admin.

go to the thread. at the bottum right, there should be a thread status or something. options are sticky, close, delete i think.
