Which political party has the biggest youth backing in Sweden today?

The pirate party. The name means what you think, they stand for total freedom of information.

They did, they seized the servers and did not give them back. At the same time they also took with them every single server in the same data center putting many legitimate businesses out of business. This is the way the Swedish police operate and that is why everybody hates them and support parties that oppose theor actions.

The piratebay just moved servers to out of the country and no noone can touch them.

Fact is this party is the only one standing up for individual liberty and freedom to not be spied upon and sodomized by corporations, government and police.

How about get your fucking facts straight and stop perpatuating retarded myths?

First of all, thepiratebay.org is hosted IN SWEDEN. They initially moved to a Dutch host, after the raid you mentioned, but shortly thereafter they moved back to Sweden.

Second, the reason why tpb cannot be held accountable for their actions in Sweden is because there is no law that prohibits what they're doing.

Third, if they were REALLY doing anything against the law, moving servers to outside the country, while remaining residents of it, would protect them just about as much as your retarded mouth would protect you from getting gangraped in prison.

In other words, do your fucking homework or shut the fuck up.

And for your information they did not move the servers because it was illegal, they moved them because the Swedish police does not care if it is illegal or not.

It appears that you are correct, I stand corrected. I noticed however that they have servers in Sweden as well as several European countries, Russia and Asia.

And for your information damagex, they moved servers not because it is illegal which it is not but because the Swedish police does not care if it's illegal or not.

Another reason why Sweden rocks ...

I know why they moved servers. However, I believe the raid received a major rebuttal from various governmental and non-governmental agencies and the person in charge for authorizing it was harshly reprimanded, because the raid itself was unlawful. By the time they moved back it was clear that the police were not going to engage in yet another fuckup of that magnitude and risk damaging their image even more.

If I'm not mistaken the Swedish DA's office has filed a new lawsuit, containing several thousand pages worth of reading, and tpb are not to be touched by any law-enforcement agency before that suit is overwith. Provided, of course, that they don't engage in any obviously illegal activities.

So my "individual liberty" to produce a movie, and make money from my work, is not really an individual liberty? :helpme

Property rights (including copyright) is a foundation stone in individual liberty :2 cents:

Which is just more evidence of why young people should not be allowed to vote. Why would someone who sells the rights to copyrighted content like you be so opposed to copyright laws? :error

"total freedom of information" = "it's my right to steal your shit"

I am not, honestly. But the party is the best in all other fields of politics as well. They actually listen to what their users have to say, I think they use the piracy thing to attract young voters.

I agree, but the current swe gov is going the nazi route when trying to find a solution to the problem, like they always do. The pirate party is trying to find other solutions where everyone can be happy. But that is just the way it is, the new world order is not exclusive to the US, it's a global problem.
