Always have, I never go in their stores anymore. So I receive a CC gift card as a gift and was like shit. SO I go to use it online

I worked at Circuit City about 5 years ago. They sucked then too.

They aren't closing down.

It could be worse --you could be HP.

Circuit City owes HP $118 million.

They screwed me over too. Bought an item there and wanted to return it. They told me now that they're Chapter 11 that all returns would be handled at a store 30 miles away. Screw them, I disputed the charge. That's the short version of the story, it gets even worse!

Just don't buy a gift card, and give to a friend as a X-Mas present, circuit city maynot make it beyond January 1, 2009

All sites do that. Last night I wanted to look at furniture and went to macys.com and it was down. A week ago I went to homedepot.com and it was down at 2am, so I went to lowes.com and guess what... down too! wtf.

I like internet shopping late at night.

Thats why they are going out of business...closed most of their stores and filed chapter 11 i think.....

Go in person to the nearest one. It won't kill ya
