Here is the answer about a forum sharing tons of passwords , including a few to my paysite ( found the forum thru the referrer link ), from an email sent to the owner of the site, with a copy to their host DREAMHOST:

We do not tell customers what to write, or how to exercise their speech. If you have concerns over the content of their site, I am afraid that you will need to contact and resolve it directly with them. If you believe something illegal is going, then I would highly encourage you to contact the relevant national or international authorities to bring these criminals to justice. We'll comply with any subpoenas, injunctions or other legal orders that come in regarding this site.
