Flash or QT video
 

Can some people tell me why is it that some adult sites use quick time video for their movies and when you hit play it starts that second like on sites like teens4cash? There are tons of sites like this.

When I do it, it takes 5 min to start and the video is the same size.

Also, if I was to use flash for the video is the quality less then quick time?

Please tell me what you feel is better to use and why?
