I run www.nebraskacoeds.com and i'm looking for some link trades for my member's section.

I do have a reshare program through ibill.....

Basically just want to find some good quality sites run by good webmasters that I can link to.....

Yes it's true..... I had a mis-understanding with keywestflashers.com

I thought he wanted to trade content, we traded memberships, and i put his stuff in my member's section......

It was a mistake.... and i fixed it.....

he wanted to trade links with me, which i thought, at the time, for a reason i'm not sure.... thought he meant links to his content.....


I'm sorry, and he accepted my apology......

I was definately a dumbass.......

But i really do go out all the time to the bars and real college parties here in lincoln and get some pretty awesome pics...

Advice: Get model releases on all those people or get a really good lawyer.

I actually get model releases for all pictures that I take that are at parties, whether nude or not......

I also get model releases signed at the bars if nudity is involved....most of the time ... but my legal council has advised me that I do not need to have the girls sign anything in the bars as long as they know what I am taking the pictures for (ie. I wear a t-shirt for my site, and tell them)

I know that this does leave me open for a lawsuit, however, as long as I wasn't the one that intoxicated them, and they are coherant, I should be fine.

Also, i've had several girls that have ended up calling me up and asking me to take down their pics, which i always immediately comply with.....
