Fuck man I hate their little monopoly they have, today they sent me a thing in the mail with a deal for a blackberry bold for $100 and im so damn tempted to take it, but they are such pieces of shit and such ripoff masters and there is no competition here

$85 for 5gb is what they charge - just for data

they refuse to activate phones if you dont agree to go under a 3 year contract so you cant buy it on ebay or something

their voice plans are fucking horrible

evenings free? yeah it used to be, when evenings meant 5pm+, now its 9pm+

overage charge = $30/GB
no unlimited plans
just pure BS

what are my options? these guys have been fucking me with internet, cable, now home phone and my cell are all with rogers mostly because there are no real alternatives

also thats just data, if i want a voice plan too this is what im looking at:

I got a call to renew my plan today. I told them to call me back. Someone please find a better alternative, Bell is just as bad and the other carriers aren't great.

its terrible man its like i have nowhere to stand if i want to try to negotiate, i cant go anywhere else so my negotiation is like a joke to them

ive spent like $500-700 a month with these guys for the longest time yet still i feel like im treated like shit by them and the worst part is i just sit there and take it because i have no choice

I've been a client for 10 years now in February and they won't even give me a discount on a new phone. What a load of shit, they've banked well over $30,000 from me over the past decade and they won't even give a discount. I really want an alternative, badly.
