If the traffic is stable...and it's quality with a low skim...and a text link tgp not a thumb preview...then it is probably worth between $1-3k depending on who you talk to.

But at that price, I'd probably go buy $1,000 worth of galleryspots.com traffic and build myself two 20k sites.
