I would think that was a joke but I saw an actual news report on something like that, different company I think. My whole reasoning is if you have to resort to that you shouldnt be with that person anyway. For just fucking with people that would be funny.

lol, there are already programs like that out there.. such as spooftel... spooftel wasnt always accurate in showing the number you programmed it to for caller id...
