Are you linked other pages from your index?

the linking structure should go like this.. All pages to your index and index to the pages that you want to send traffic to.

Then to up the PR on the other pages you need inbound links to them.

Hit me on ICQ and I will explain this in more detail.

Also try to get some links pointing to that page/s. Its also helpful.

the toolbar PR is exported about once every 3 months, give or take. Were they linked and receiving juice before the last update?

hate to ask the obvious but have you double checked things like noindex?

that is what I was gonna say sounds like a meta telling bot not to index

<meta name="ROBOTS" content="INDEX, FOLLOW">

Could this be the reason?

Are you SURE they aren't indexed or do they just not have PR based on the PR toolbar? Those are two very different things. Go to Google and search site:YourDomain.com. You'll see those pages indexed I bet. :)

xml-sitemaps [dot] com can help. Or if you know other ways to create a site map and submit it to Webmaster Tools in Google. - Addtionally, make sure that your page titles are unique. If your page titles or page descriptions are identical, google won't keep those. Maybe you know this.

google doesn't necessarily index an entire site

I have a site with a few thousand pages and google knows about all the pages but they only show a couple hundred in the index

If the links on your index page to your internal pages are images, then it has difficulty follow those...best to include something like this at the bottom of the page:

Home | Page 1 | Page 2 | Page 3 | Sitemap

Make a (.xml) sitemap (for free here: www.xml-sitemaps.com) and submit it to Google Webmaster Tools...That is a surefire way to advise Google about the existence of those pages.

They may be "indexed" though they don't have a "page rank"...Furthermore, you may have to wait until another "update" for page rank to show.

Get in touch with me if none of that makes sense! :thumbsup
