Chinchillas? Or other pets?
 

Me and 2 friends are moving in together on the 15th of December, will have a houseparty, all hot chicks are invited :thumbsup

Anyway, getting to the point, we're looking for pet suggestions. Chinchillas seem to be ok as pets, we did some reading up on them. Does anyone here have experience with them? What about ferrets - is it just the male ones that smell a bit funky?

I have a ferret and have had a bunch of them. They all smell, not just the males.

My girlfriend and I are licensed Hedgehog breeders. They're a lot of fun, easy to care for and really friendly.

Chinchillas are fragile and not really for snuggling, if you want a cool pet (that does require a lot of time and patience) go with a large parrot.

They taste like chicken!! Just in case..

Chinnies are great pets.. smart and they live a long time.. one of my good friends breeds Chincillas..but they are a long-time commitment so make sure you're ready once you get one :)

Get a snake, then ask the girls at the party if they want to see your 'snake'

Snakes are great, had a all python at one point. Right now I have 3 dogs and a white rat and the rat is the funniest out of them all. He is hyper as hell and actually affectionate considering its a rat.

I had two rats (not at the same time) in high school and they were the coolest pets ever til I got my own dog. :) Very smart, very clean, and you can teach them tricks! If you don't like them, that's ok. They only last 3-5 years.
