Moniker is the best I have tried.

I do NOT recommend Tucows or eNom.

GoDaddy.... the ONLY problem i've ever had with them is the domain/whois privacy. You get to find out that any domains that are private, any complaints logged to your domain by GoDaddy through Domains by Proxy will cost you $18.00, which is why i'm currently removing privacy from all my adult domains, the only reasons I put it on was to avoid spam, but i'll move to spamarrest for that.
