A song I always have on mu iPod when working out is Back Eyed Peas - Pump it. I love when that comes on and I'm feeling a bit tired. Picks me up a bit and I run like hell.

Ummm, this playlist is for running (not jogging, walking or shleping) to and not for a junior high school prom but thanks for the input.

I like to listen to some Limp Bizkit, Chocolate Starfish while I workout. But I am sure it wouldn't work for everyone:)

Personally I think there is nothing more energetic music for hardcore running than the Britney club banger songs like "Gimme More".... I don't see how "When You Were Young" by the Killers is more than a running song than Britney's fast dance tracks. Britney's dance tracks is the type of music made for running, cardio and aerobics.

That's all I listen to me when I run and do hardcore cardio...

First off "When You Were Young" has a perfect 10km/h beat to it.

Second off, nothing Britney Spears makes can be called music. :2 cents:
