What do you guys think of my new (blue) lay-out @ http://www.bluepornlinks.com/ ?

Not blue enough. The background isn't blue enough, and the rest of the page should have a variety of shades of blue. To be honest, as it, I wouldn't really call it a "design"...

I have made the link script all by myself.

Also i am very good at designing sites take a look at http://www.bluepornlinks.com/links.php .. The page did just load to slow thats why i changed the design

Considering Blue is my favorite color, I'm not too fond of the coloring scheme. "Wrong" shade of blue, I guess... As for the design, I think it could be a little more... hm... other-than-average?

The logo-sherrif guy is cute though. :)

The blue you used is tooooo flat. Get a more vibrant blue going there and spice it way up.

The cowboy's facial expression and overall look doesn't fit the theme for a porn site. I'd suggest a character with a bit more punch and pizzaz.
