So i keep fighting with them for already 8 month...and he still owes me 5k

Not a small money when you have 2 kids and a family. we warned them that we are billing 1% a day for late fee.

Well I hope they will pay since they used to be a class act.

We pretty much stopped shooting for anyone else due to late payment issues. Not ATK though. Hope its worked out.

Late, or everyone would of known about it. lol Made me miss a convention I had already booked, and paid for show pass, and lost 100.00 on rebooking the flight I had for another show. People don't realize that talent doesn't shoot for free. lol Was at a time that funds were tight for a while, and I was depending on getting the money due.

I'm not following any of this explanation. I guess the payment arrived eventurally?

Peace is a great guy have spoken to him a few times over the last long while, good guy and he don't deserve this

Guys! Gunner is taking care of the situation now. After finally speaking on the phone with Gunner we came to conclusion that the whole thing is a miscomunication and we agreed to speak in day or two. He heard my story and assured me that we will speak to Kim and come to solution....That is where we stand now. and I really believe it will be done because i used to Deal with ATK in very professional manner all 8 years.
