The Kettle Chips ones are the shit. Although recently I had the salt and pepper ones and those come in as a close second...

You either love em' or hate em'. Personally I think they are the fucking antichrist of snack treats.

I am a life long devotee to the SnV, although since moving to Canada I do enjoy a bag of all dressed ruffles, and old dutch chili.

My favorite SnV chip in Canada is Miss Vickies -- they are sooo fucking strong!

They're good.. Lays sour cream n onion are nice too.. Ever have unsalted chips? They can be very addictive..

my grocery just started carrying them... they are great..

tom's fries were made in salt and vinegar for a bit and they were the best i've had.. very tart..

the balsamic vinegar and salt are good as well as boulder malt vinegar and sea salt..

there is a local New orleans Kettle chip company that makes em and they are the shit!

These were my favorite chips, Humpty Dumpty salt and vinegar. Until recently at least. Old Dutch has apparently bought Humpty Dumpty and stopped selling them.

Ugh, I cook with vinegar at times, but on chips or raw I can't stand the smell of it...

Awwww, that's sweet! One thing to watch out for if she doesn't already know, though, is that consuming a lot of vinegar can make people anemic, especially women who are more prone to it. Apparently in the old days women used to drink it to keep themselves pale. Just a heads up if she has any symptoms of anemia.

Edit: maybe I made this up in my head! I tried to find something online to confirm it but couldn't find anything fast except that apple cider vinegar HELPS anemia, but I think that's because of the apple part, not the vinegar.

you can thank Canada for all the flavored potato chips. i don't know if salt n vinegar potato chips were invented in Canada but they were in Canada years before any American company started selling them.

I've done that for years. Always thought it was a Southern thing or some craving for salt or vinegar. At some point recently I ran across some dill pickle flavored potato chips.
