sex toys website...is it worth it?

i have a plant in china that is currently fabricating some of the sex toys i got designed and sent there. they are offering me all their products (800 products) at cost price. i am thinking of selling online and more than that offering a great affiliate program. i ask you guys (the pros) am i on to something good? i am selling well offline to sex shops and sex relayed stores but eager to get back online!

They are offering you 800 products at cost?
Plant in China?
Do they not need to make money or a profit?

Also if your doing well selling them offline (wouldnt you have the products) and then online would just be a chance for more sales from your inventory anyways?

the guys in china will become a partner on the online stuff.
my only concern is that having a website and selling online means i have to treat this as another business (startup costs, website, marketing) and that is why i am wondering if the online sex toys business is a strong one?

I'm sure if the product and customer service was great it would sell ..

why dont you start off as an affiliate to a sex toy site and see if you make sales, then if you do you can always go ahead and do it on your own.

If you can promote it, sure it is.

I see selling sex toys online as being a pretty straight forward thing. Yes you will need to get the word out but I think with some basic SEO work you can be off to a good start.
